By 2016, Gazi Metal family has reached 300 members. In the year 2017, we are planning to expand our staff to produce “The Steel of Future” with full capacity production. The development process of each personnel that joins our family is being monitored closely and necessary actions are being taken according to the changing conditions.

The 97 years of success in steel industry is being strengthened with quality works being made in Human Resources. Our process development projects continue to keep the success we caught with the personnel who mastered the production of high-quality steel.

 According to the data on our dynamic Gazi Metal staff (2016 Karasu Facilities);

75% of our staff has a university degree (including VHS).
