Career

There are various internship programs in our organization designed to prepare university students for the business life and to train skilled personnel. One of them is AEEE (Applied Engineering Experience Education)-this program allows us to choose successful students that are studying their last year at the Industrial Engineering departments of universities. The program is career-oriented and students are called as Candidate Engineer in this program. The Candidate Engineers are involved in the on-going projects and they gain a professional perspective by working on critical positions with experienced managers. As long as they work at Gazi Metal, their education and improvements are supported and maintained by related managers and senior management.

Summer and winter internship programs are active throughout the year. The students that work as an intern in our organization are treated as potential employees and the chosen ones are hired to join the Gazi Metal family.
