Training and Planning Process

We value these core points on the education and planning process of our employees:

 

  • The need for education is determined by the department managers.
  • The annual education plans are prepared to show the necessary educations and presented to the senior management for approval.
  • Company and department orientations are provided to the personnel who just started working at the company.
  • Occupational health and safety educations are given to all employees by an OHS personnel working at our office full time.
  • Environmental educations are given to all employees by an environmental engineer working at our office full time.
  • If considered necessary, educations could be taken from outer sources (hydraulic systems etc.)
  • Job-training could be provided if there is a need for employees.
  • If considered necessary, certified trainings could be provided to the employees on their fields. (Crane training, forklift training, technical training licenses, professional competence licenses etc.)
