Our facility in Gebze, that started operating in 1987 for iron and steel import/trade and as a steel service center, has the annual import and export capacity of 200.000 tons for flat steel. This facility is built on a total of 20,000 m² area with a general warehouse of 3,000 m² and an indoor establishment of 10,000 m². Besides having an open customs storage area of 1,500 m², Steel Service Center with an indoor area of 7,000 m² provides continuous service to our customers with lines of slitting, packing and cutting.
The facility, which is also the home of the board of Gazi Metal, is located on the intersection of E5 and TEM highways. The distance to the ports are just 5 kilometers; and this makes the facility’s location strategically important for the iron and steel industry.
