Line Equipments:
At the entrance, there are two roll-opening mandrels and a roller anti-roll barrel
- The rollers are connected to each other via the stitcher to ensure the continuity of production at the input part.
-In the tension leveler, the oxide (tufal) layer is broken and the pickling process is facilitated. Also the surface smoothness is provided by lengthening.
-Pickled sheet which is cleaned from the oxide layer on the surface by passing through bath tanks (3 pieces); the surface is rinsed with RO water while passing through the rinse tank and then dried with hot air in the dryer.
-In the edge trimming unit; the desired width of the sheet is achieved by trimming from both sides by means of circular blades.
- In the Electrostatic Oiling Machine, both surfaces of the sheet are oiled with anticorrosive oil in desired amounts. The amount of oiling is 0.2 - 3.0 gr / m2 for one surface.
- The stitch points are trimmed vertically, the two rolls are separated from each other, and is rolled on the mandrel and produced as a roll.
