- System is 6 Hi with 2 backup, 2 intermediate rolls and 2 work rolls. The bending and shifting system in the intermediate and work rollers ensures high precision in sheet thickness and flatness.
- Thickness control in production is made automatically by IMS branded thickness measuring device (x-ray) at every pass. The thickness gauge is available in both directions for entry and exit of the line.
- The flatness control of the steel during rolling is done by flatness rolls which are placed at the entrance and exit of the line. With flatness control, it is possible to apply the required load distribution by monitoring the flatness of the sheet, and accordingly, to remove the seam.
