Recruitment Management

The main objective of our recruitment process is to sustain our on-going success of 95 years by adding candidates who can adjust to the corporate culture of Gazi Metal family. As Human Resources department, we aim to find the most appropriate candidates and place them to the most appropriate positions with respect to Gazi Metal’s vision and mission. 

Within this context, we keep improving our human resources processes and systems to hire the most talented employees and to create a positive work atmosphere.

 

 

Since our organization falls into the category of Highly Dangerous business group, we look for following criteria while choosing blue-collar workers:

  • Minimum degree of Vocational High School (Majors of Mechanics, Lathe-Leveling, Metal, Electrics etc.)
  • Preferably holder of Overhead Crane operating license (Approved by Ministry of Education)

 

When choosing white-collar personnel, we look for following criteria:

  • Graduate degree (Preferably Mechanics, Metallurgy and Material, Electrics-Electronics, Industrial Engineering graduates for engineering positions)
  • Foreign language skills

 

In addition to these:

  • Suitable for teamwork,
  • Able to think solution oriented
  • Able to adjust to change
  • Having strong communication skills
  • Results-driven

 

Candidates that are chosen from the CV pool shall be invited for a pre-interview. The ones who are eligible for a second interview shall be invited to meet with the senior management. The candidate is hired if the second interview is positive.
